stained sheets early wake-up
honestly, the room cleaning was rather questionable. one morning, the cleaner decided 8:30 a.m. was a perfectly reasonable time to barge in. i had to ring reception. another time, i asked for tableware and was told to come get it myself. also, the sheets had some stains, and the shower had some rogue hairs upon arrival. classy.

unfriendly staff umbrella deposit
The room was very comfy and tidy. The breakfast each morning had a good selection.
The front desk staff were not friendly at all! I asked for help with early check-in. The lady was quite dismissive. I noticed people like me had to put down a 10€ deposit for an umbrella, while others were trusted to not steal one without a deposit!

I appreciated the staff's friendliness. They were quick to assist. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. Breakfast offered a varied selection of items each morning. Parking for my rental car was easily accessible and ample.
