“From what I gathered, this seems like a smart choice in Palma, located next to Marivent Palace with elevated rooms providing spectacular views. The hotel distinguishes itself with a quiet residential environment and bicycle rentals, perfect for exploring local attractions such as Cala Major Beach. In my opinion, it's a comfortable place that blends city access with a relaxing beachside atmosphere.”

stained sheets early wake-up
honestly, the room cleaning was rather questionable. one morning, the cleaner decided 8:30 a.m. was a perfectly reasonable time to barge in. i had to ring reception. another time, i asked for tableware and was told to come get it myself. also, the sheets had some stains, and the shower had some rogue hairs upon arrival. classy.

unfriendly staff umbrella deposit
The room was nice and neat. The breakfast each morning had a good selection.
The front desk staff were not friendly at all! I asked for help with early check-in. The lady was quite dismissive. I noticed people like me had to put down a 10€ deposit for an umbrella, while others were trusted to not steal one without a deposit!
